We don’t have return options
Exchange Window:
We accept exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date. All exchange requests must be submitted within this timeframe.
Eligible Reasons for Exchange:
We will gladly accept exchanges for the following reasons:
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please get in touch with us immediately. We will require photos of the damage for verification purposes. We need a proper unedited video while opening the package from beginning to end and any damages have to be shown in the video itself to initiate an exchange otherwise we can’t go with the further process.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
We are unable to accept exchanges for the following:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items without original tags attached.
Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless the item is damaged or due to seller error).
Request Approval: In your email, please specify the reason for your exchange and include your order number. We will review your request and respond within 1 business days.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to deny return or exchange requests that do not comply with our return policy.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
